the staff was kind at check in. i guess that's a thing.
oh BOY, this place.. first, the tv didn't work . and, like, no one even seemed to care. second, the hot drink station only had stuff for two people even though there were three of us. what a JOKE.

The room was very clean! i have mobility issues, and they gave me a room with one level and a shower seat. It was great for me. the staff are always willing to help and are very courteous in all they do. they will accommodate anything you require if possible. thank you for a lovely stay.

the room was spacious and very clean. the bed was very comfortable, and the heating warmed the room up very quickly. i found the accommodations well-kept, offering both comfort and a practical layout for my needs.

breakfast was superb! it included a really excellent full english breakfast, pastries, and a diverse tea selection. the facilities met my needs, and the availability of breakfast items provided a convenient start to my day.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room had comfortable beds with quality bedlinen. The food was very good and the waiting staff was very efficient.
Breakfast seemed poor. I did not try the evening menu. I noticed poor quality ingredients like processed sausages.
